Borscht is a traditional beet soup known for its vibrant color and rich flavor, typically made with meat and a variety of vegetables.
500 g beef
300 g cabbage
1 piece carrot
1 piece beet
2 piece potato
1 piece onion
3 tsp tomato paste
2000 ml broth
1 bunch mixed greens
1 tbsp oil
1 to taste salt
1 to taste black pepper
Pre-cook the beef by boiling it until tender.
Chop the cabbage, carrot, beet, potato, and onion.
In a pot, add the broth and bring to a boil.
Add the beef and chopped vegetables into the boiling broth.
Stir in tomato paste and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
Add mixed greens, oil, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Simmer for another 10 minutes and serve hot.
