1 pound clams
1 clove garlic
1 cup white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 dash chili
1 tsp basil
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1 dash black pepper
1 piece grilled bread
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
Stir in chopped tomatoes and oregano, followed by the clams.
Cover the pan and cook until the clams open.
Season with salt, black pepper, chili, basil, and parsley.
Serve hot with grilled bread.
