1 piece bacon
1 piece pasta
1 piece Parmesan
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 piece egg yolk
1 to taste Salt
1 to taste Black Pepper
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and grated Parmesan.
Once the pasta is cooked, reserve some pasta water and drain.
Combine the hot pasta with bacon and olive oil, then remove from heat.
